Mains free lighting for SHEDS!!!
As shown in last week's Sunday times, the Solar Mate lighting system is a solar powered lighting system ideal for sheds, stable, workshops, summerhouses and garages where it is difficult to get a mains electricity supply to!
The high performance crystalline solar panel, fitted on the roof of the building, converts light from the sun into energy and stores it in a 12v battery. In winter, this should be enough to power a low-energy (40w equivalent) lamp for 5 hours; in summer, it should run for 7 hours!
It comes in 2 different versions, 5w one bulb kit for 78.29GBP lights an area of 16 sq metres, or a 10w two-bulb version for 127.22GBP lights an area of 32 sq metres.
