To Order

Orders may be placed over the internet via our secure server, by e-mail, telephone or in person at our offices between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Bacs payment or you can send a cheque payable to Light IQ Limited.
Please note there is a 2% surcharge on all personal credit cards and a 2.5% surcharge on all business credit cards. There will be no charge for debit cards.

We stock the majority of products and they will be despatched upon receipt of payment. For specialist items there may be a longer lead time; our sales team will be able to advise.

Our standard delivery and packaging charge for consignments up to 20 kilos is £15.00. This is a next day delivery service and a signature will be required on delivery.
